The Academy of Musical Arts in Prague was founded as an independent educational institution in 1946, before that the academy was part of the Prague Conservatory. At the moment, the Academy of Musical Arts consists of 3 independent faculties independent of each other: Faculty of Music and Dance, Faculty of Cinema and Television, Theater Faculty.

Entrance exams: Author's works, written analysis of a work of art and an interview.

Music Management;
Sound direction;
Fotepiano – Jazz (Bachelor's degree only);
Contrabass Jazz (Bachelor's degree only);

Entrance exams: Applicants must pass a creative exam (depending on the specialty), an exam for knowledge of music theory and music history, and an exam in theoretical subjects.
